The LIFE IS UNFAIR Pale Spectre is tremolo // boost // heterodyne modulation pedal
TREMOLO MODE: The distinctive percussive waveform provides choppy amplitude modulation to your instrument, by playing directly in time with the modulation oscillator in this mode will allow for a unique "sequenced" feel to your part
HETERODYNE MODE: This setting pushes the modulation oscillator into audio frequencies to create a variety of pseudo-ring modulation & octave down sounds, ideal for bizarre alien/insectoid/robot sounds
BOOST MODE: Switching the pedal to this mode removes the modulation from the circuit and it operates as a clean boost with more than enough volume on tap to drive your amplifier or other pedals
What's new about V2?
- Boost circuit has been redesigned for increased volume
- Larger range of modulation speed available. Both tremolo & hetereodyne modulation modes can be adjusted to be either faster or slower via internal dip switches
- Less noise
Powered by standard 9VDC negative centre adaptors (not included), no batteries (less landfill). 3mA current draw. If you have any problems with a Life is Unfair pedal, send us an email and we'll fix it for free. This doesn't include cosmetic damage.
